Rakhesh brings with him more than 12 years post qualification experience of having worked at Birla Shloka Edutech Limited, a Yash Birla Group Company, Mumbai; Welspun Group, Mumbai; The Kerala Minerals and Metals Limited, Kollam, Kerala and MPG Hotels and Infrastructure Ventures Private Limited, Trivandrum.

Ramakrishnan V, one of the founder partners of the Firm, is a graduate in Commerce from the University of Kerala, Trivandrum and a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
After beginning his career in April, 2005 as Company Secretary of Muthoot Fincorp Limited, the flagship company of the Muthoot Pappachan Group, Trivandrum, Ramakrishnan has worked with Servion Global Solutions Limited, Chennai and IBS Software Services Private Limited, Trivandrum.
Ramakrishnan brings with him over 12 years post qualification experience in Company Law, FEMA & Foreign Trade Policy, Legal and secretarial due diligence and other allied corporate and tax laws.
